We currently host
3 emailing lists
that you can subscribe to. This means that any email you send to
those lists will be sent to everyone subscribed to them. You can
also unsubscribe to these at any time too. We are happy to set up
and host more mailing lists for other practice groups or NVC-related
activities, if that is of interest to you - just get in touch with
Adrian. |

1. Put your email address and password in the boxes indicated and press subscribe. | |||||||

Because we want to ensure it's
really you subscribing to the list, it will send you an email straightaway
asking if you really want to subscribe to the list. When you receive this email, just hit your email's "reply" button and "send". (It is the subject line that is important, so leave this as it is.) |

"Mailman" the software, will then subscribe
you to the list and send you a welcome email straightaway.
You can play with the things it tells you about, if you want, but the important thing is that you can now send emails to the speak freely list address it gives you. You will also receive emails sent by other people to that list. |
