There are currently two NVC Practice Groups in Manchester - this site is for the Speak Freely Practice group. (see Timetables for the current programme).

Group members, or potential group members should have a Foundation training level of knowledge of the NVC process acquired by attending a Foundation training run by a CNVC certified trainer, or equivalent. If anyone is interested in joining the practice group, they can get in touch with Sarah or any other member of the group, by subscribing to the mailing list.

There is also a group which meets at Manchester Buddhist Centre on Fridays 6-7pm - "An Hour with our Intention" - All welcome. Contact: Shona Cameron 0161 962 9195 to check.

For details of other nvc practice groups in the UK, see Bridget Belgrave and Gina Lawrie's website here.
